"I need a web-based calculator that lets importers and exporters instantly work out the full landed cost of a shipment—tariffs, import tax, VAT, duties, and Incoterm-specific charges—using fresh, authoritative data.

Data pipeline
The calculator must pull live figures from government databases (e.g., customs and tariff schedules) and complementary market reports, updating automatically so the numbers never go stale. If an API is unavailable, I will accept scheduled scraping or bulk-file ingestion provided the process is documented.

Core functionality
• Single form where the user selects HS code, origin, destination, chosen Incoterm and shipment details (value, weight, volume).
• Side-by-side results: one panel shows what the exporter sees, the other what the importer sees, each with a transparent fee breakdown.
• Currency conversion at current FX rates.
• Clear call-outs when preferential or free-trade-agreement rates apply.
• Downloadable PDF or CSV summary.

Tech & delivery
Please build it as a responsive web application. I’m open on stack—Django, Node, Laravel, or similar—so long as it is well-structured, well-commented, and easy for another developer to maintain. Include all source code, a README with deployment instructions, and a short video or live walk-through demonstrating the calculator in action.

Acceptance criteria
1. Government database and market-report data load without manual intervention.
2. Calculations for at least three test HS codes match official customs calculators within a 1% tolerance.
3. UX is clean, mobile-friendly, and completes the sample calculation in under five seconds on a standard connection.
