"I need a complete website built from the ground up. At this stage only the broad requirement is fixed—the end result must be a fully functioning, responsive website that I can maintain easily. The exact purpose (e-commerce, portfolio, blog, or another direction) is still open, so part of the job will be to help me clarify goals, map user journeys, and choose the most suitable platform or framework.

Because no existing branding or design assets are in place, you will also guide the visual direction: colour palette, typography, and overall style. If brand guidelines emerge during the process, they should flow consistently through every page.
