High-level scope
The core idea is a women’s health companion with an intuitive, data-driven interface. Design, UX flow, animations, and data security should feel every bit as refined as the reference app. Exact feature depth (cycle tracking, personalised insights, community spaces, etc.) will be finalised together once we map the product roadmap.

• Complete design system that respects modern platform guidelines while keeping a cohesive brand look.
• Reliable mobile architecture, clean code, and full testing coverage.
• GDPR-grade data protection and encryption for sensitive health information.
• Analytics hooks so I can track engagement and retention from day one.
• Store-ready deliverables, plus clear hand-off documentation and source code.

Acceptance criteria
— Both iOS (App Store build) and Android (Google Play build) pass review with no critical issues.
— Screen-to-screen navigation, event tracking, and background sync behave identically to the prototype/wireframes we approve.
— All user data is stored and transmitted securely using best-practice encryption.
— I receive full, un-obfuscated source code and a walkthrough of the build pipeline.

Preferred tools & stack
Swift UI or Kotlin if we go native; Flutter or React Native if cross-platform offers a better balance of speed and cost. I’m open to your recommendation as long as performance and long-term maintainability stay front and centre.

Timeline
Once we lock the final feature list, I’d like to move quickly into sprints and aim for a store launch within a mutually agreed schedule.
