"I manage this Shopify store myself as a senior developer, yet the checkout has stopped taking payments through Shopify Payments. Customers reach the final step, click Pay, and nothing moves forward no errors in the admin logs, no clues, just stalled orders.

I need a fresh set of expert eyes to trace what’s blocking the transaction, correct it, and leave every pixel of the current storefront exactly as it is. I’m not bringing in a custom backend; instead, I plan to rely on an option-app solution already approved for the store. Your task is to diagnose the conflict, configure the app if that’s where the issue lies, and confirm the payment flow works end-to-end.
