"I have a Flutter application currently built with **targetSdkVersion 34**, but as per the latest Google Play Store requirements (starting in 2024), all new app submissions and updates must target **API level 35** or higher.

I need an experienced Flutter developer to:
- Upgrade the app’s `targetSdkVersion` from **34 to 35** in the Android project.
- Ensure full compatibility with API level 35.
- Fix any breaking changes, deprecated APIs, or permission/behavior changes introduced in Android 14 (API 35).
- Test the app thoroughly on physical and/or emulator devices running Android 14+ to ensure stability and functionality.
- Update `compileSdkVersion` and `minSdkVersion` if necessary (without lowering compatibility unnecessarily).
- Make sure the app continues to work seamlessly on older Android versions (backward compatibility).
- Provide clear documentation of changes made.

**Requirements:**
- Strong experience with Flutter and Android native integration.
