If legislation was brought about as a result how did it affect the workplace?

If not, should there be or what current laws would impact this case?

What were alternative actions the organization could have dealt with the issue at hand?

When considering an inclusive workplace, what alternative steps could the organization have taken to mitigate the issues at hand?

Consider any other similar cases. Did they handle the situation differently/similarly?

What challenges would this organization face if they had embraced the diversity discussed in this case? Advantages?

Does the organizations’ industry impact their decision making surround this area at all?
