"I need a complete website hand-coded in HTML5 and CSS3 (with a touch of vanilla JavaScript where it makes sense) and delivered within 10 calendar days from project start. No CMS or templating engines—just clean, well-commented source files that I can host anywhere.

At this stage I haven’t locked in the site’s exact purpose or any add-on modules, so I’m relying on your expertise to translate my basic content and brand guidelines into a responsive, standards-compliant layout.
