"The task is straightforward: set up a brand-new VRBO owner account for me and build the first listing for my apartment. I don’t yet have an account, so the process begins with creating one in my name, completing the verification steps, and activating the preferred payout method.

Once the account is live, you’ll move straight into the listing itself—entering all property details, rates, amenities, house rules, calendar settings, and any other required fields. I’ll supply the photos, pricing, and written copy; your role is to make sure every section is filled in correctly so the listing can go public without delays or policy issues.
