"I’m looking for a developer who can take a clean slate and turn it into a classic, elegant website that feels timeless rather than trendy. The build needs just three key sections—Homepage, About Us, and Contact Us—but each must be fully responsive, fast-loading, and polished on every device.

The aesthetic I have in mind leans toward balanced typography, subtle color accents, and generous spacing. Think refined rather than flashy. A lightweight stack will work—WordPress, Webflow, or hand-coded HTML/CSS with a touch of JavaScript—so long as the final result is easy for me to maintain.
