"I'm seeking an experienced Android developer to optimize my existing app to comply with Google's 16KB memory packet size requirement.

Current Functionalities:
- User Authentication to a backend MYSQL server
- App is used to pull a template of questions down, and allows for sending pictures and text information back in response. data is stored in a MySQL server

Application was coded in 2018 and has been in the Apple Store and Android Store for 5+ years and stable

Requirements:
- Optimize the entire android app to meet Google’s 16KB memory requirement
- Must ensure current functionalities remain intact post-optimization
- Must be coded to ensure no functionality changes from Apple iOS version
