"I’m running an in-house application built with CodeIgniter and a few core modules need attention. The Asset Management, Item Usage, and Requisition sections work, but only partially—some screens don’t load the right data, a few CRUD actions break, and overall they feel fragile. I’d like those pieces tightened up so the logic is solid and the UI shows the correct information every time.

While you’re in the codebase, I also want to extend it with new tables for data management. I have the schema sketched out; you’ll translate that into migrations, update the models, and expose the data through a simple page that matches our current styling.

Stack in play: CodeIgniter 3, MySQL, jQuery, and a sprinkling of Bootstrap. All code lives in Git; you’ll branch, commit, and open a pull request so I can review.

Deliverables
• Fixes to Asset Management, Item Usage, and Requisition modules (controllers, models, views)
• Database migrations for the new tables, plus seeder stubs
• A working page that interfaces with those tables, following our existing layout
• Clean, commented code pushed via Git and a short changelog explaining each commit
