Scope
• Platforms: a single code-base or native builds for both iOS and Android—whichever approach lets us launch fast without sacrificing quality.
• Core features: secure user authentication, a clean display of our existing product categories, and seamless payment gateway integration that works the moment we go live. All of these functions already exist on the site, so the app should draw from the same data source or API to keep inventory, prices, and orders fully in sync.
• Engagement: opt-in push notifications so I can alert customers to new arrivals, promotions, and order updates.
• Look & feel: branding, colours, and overall user flow must be consistent with [login to view URL] yet optimised for touch interaction and smaller screens.
