"I am seeking a skilled freelancer to assist in selling my portfolio of apps quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both creating professional sales materials and actively finding buyers. This includes:

- Designing buyer sheets, pitch decks, Flippa listing assets, outreach scripts, and other necessary materials to attract potential buyers.
- Actively reaching out to potential buyers through various channels to secure sales.
- Facilitating the sale process, including communication with buyers and ensuring a smooth transaction.

The portfolio includes high-value apps such as companion apps, fitness apps, marketplace platforms, utility tools, and more, with a total estimated value ranging from $75,000 to $250,000+.

Compensation:
This is a performance-based project with a 25% commission on the final sale price. An additional bonus will be provided if a high-value buyer is secured quickly.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in app sales or digital product marketing.
- Strong skills in creating professional sales materials (e.g., Canva decks, buyer sheets).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with potential buyers.
- Familiarity with platforms like Flippa or similar marketplaces is a plus.
