"I want to launch a complete IPTV application that works smoothly on Apple devices, Android phones & tablets, and smart-TV operating systems. The core service will bundle three kinds of subscriptions—sports packages for live matches, on-demand series & movies, and 24/7 news channels—streamed in full HD with minimal buffering.

The build must include:
• Single code-base front-end for the three platforms, with native sign-in through Google and Apple ID.
• A robust video player capable of both VOD and live broadcast, adaptive bitrate, and catch-up/rewind.
• Real-time match and new-release push notifications, in-app chat between viewers, and a reliable parental-control layer that can lock profiles or specific content.

I’ll need the entire solution: backend to manage users, plans and payment, admin dashboard for channel scheduling, plus the client apps published to their respective stores.
