"I’m launching a niche marketplace dedicated to sports memorabilia and Pokémon collectibles, and I need a complete digital presence—responsive website plus companion apps for both iOS and Android.

Scope
• Responsive web storefront with the same core journey as the apps
• Native (or reliable cross-platform) apps for iOS and Android, published to App Store and Google Play
• Buying-and-selling workflow: item listings, image upload, pricing, cart, checkout
• Secure payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable solution)
• User accounts with profiles, order history, saved searches, and push/email notifications
• Search, sort, and basic filters so collectors can quickly locate specific cards, jerseys, or memorabilia
• Lightweight admin dashboard to approve listings, manage users, and view transactions
• Clean UI/UX—wireframes and visual mock-ups delivered for sign-off before full build
• Tested build, ready for first public release, plus handover of source code and deployment instructions

Tech is flexible, though I lean toward React (web) with React Native or Flutter for mobile and a Node or Laravel backend—but I’m open if you have a stronger stack in mind that meets the same goals.
