Project Overview:
We already have a complete end-to-end product in production — including:
Android APK (React Native + Node backend)
Admin Panel (React)
Landing Website
Everything works, but performance and polish are lagging. The Android app feels slow, some deep-linked screens return 404s, and a few newer modules need optimization. The web frontend also needs a fresh, responsive UI (same API backend to remain intact).

Objectives:
Diagnose and fix all bugs and broken links
Enhance overall performance (both app & web)
Improve UI/UX responsiveness
Conduct a complete vulnerability and performance check
Add automatic image optimization for all admin uploads
Ensure Play Store approval with zero functional or security issues

Scope of Work:

Bug Fixes & Functional Corrections

Fix Excel export issue (security warning / virus alert)
Admin to assign, reassign, block, and unblock technicians smoothly
Disable “Pending” button after technician approval
Integrate Google Map API for customer address + technician navigation
Remove unwanted “Back” navigation from technician registration flow
Restrict technicians from accessing landing page post-registration
Fix booking flow: allow multiple services (+ / − selection)
Restrict technician login to a single device (IMEI/ANDROID_ID validation)

Performance & UI Enhancements
Full UI revamp of Admin and Customer dashboards
Responsive, fast-loading landing and booking page
Optimized APK build for speed, caching, and smooth navigation
Ensure cold-start under 2s and 45+ FPS on mid-range devices

New Features
Auto image optimization for admin-uploaded photos
Security/vulnerability patching for backend (Node/Express)
Add minor UX improvements where needed
