"I have a tiny “meme-jpeg” app that’s so old Android won’t install it anymore. All I still possess is the compiled APK; the original Flutter project is lost. I need the app rebuilt so it targets today’s stable Flutter SDK and the current Android API level while keeping the exact same single-screen look and behaviour—open the app, show the static image, nothing else.

Here’s what I need you to hand over:
• A fresh Flutter project that compiles cleanly on the latest stable channel and targets the latest Android SDK/API level.
• Source code and project files so I can maintain the app myself next time.
• A release-ready APK (and AAB if that’s simpler) signed with a dummy key I can later replace.
• Confirmation that it installs and runs on an Android 14 device without security warnings.
