I’ve settled on a full layout change but want to keep the existing theme, plugins, and styling assets intact wherever possible so the rest of the site remains stable.

Here’s the scope:
• Rework the homepage template so it tells a clearer story—from hero banner through featured collections down to social proof and newsletter opt-in.
• Ensure the new structure is responsive, fast-loading, and plays nicely with our current theme options inside the WordPress customizer (or Elementor/Block editor if that’s the better route).
• Keep all current functionality—cart icon, login, language switcher, etc.—exactly where users expect, only reorganizing visual hierarchy and section order.

Acceptance criteria:
– New layout implemented on a staging copy first, then pushed live once approved.
– No console errors or layout breaks across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, iOS, and Android.
– PageSpeed Insights score equal to or better than the current homepage.
