"The goal is to launch a full-featured, browser-based MLM portal for our real-estate business, built around two user roles:

• Admin – creates multiple projects, uploads plot maps, tags units as sold, and always sees the live colour-coded map online.
• Associate – books only the plots still shown as vacant and earns commission through an unlimited, multi-level referral structure that the system must track automatically.

Beyond the core project/plot workflow, the admin area also has to handle:

1. Managing associates (on-board, edit, deactivate).
2. Generating real-time reports on sales, commissions, and referral levels.
3. Configuring penalties and EMI details – the software calculates due and paid EMIs, applies daily penalty after the grace date, and shows the running penalty in billing.

Key expectations
• Clean, responsive web UI (desktop & mobile browser friendly).
• Interactive plot map builder or an easy upload plus visual editor.
• Secure login, role-based dashboards, and audit logs.
• Unlimited referral depth with accurate commission computation on every level.

Acceptance criteria
A working URL on your test server demonstrating all features above, followed by source code and deployment guide for our hosting stack. Routine bug-fix support for the first month after hand-over is expected.
