"I need a clean, fast-loading informational website built from scratch. For now, the site only requires a single, well-structured Home page that clearly presents who we are and what we do.

The job covers everything from designing the layout and choosing a modern, responsive look, through to coding and deploying the page so it displays perfectly on desktop and mobile. If you prefer WordPress, static HTML/CSS, or another lightweight framework, I’m flexible—just suggest what you believe will deliver the best performance and easy future expansion.

Please include:
• Original Home page design (with placeholder text and images I can swap later)
• Responsive front-end code, validated and accessible
• Simple instructions on how I can edit content or add new pages down the line
