"I need a clean, modern website that makes it easy for travelers to find and book vacation homes while giving owners an effortless way to list their properties. The core flow should feel as familiar as Airbnb – browse, view details, check availability, book, and receive confirmation – yet remain simple enough for me to manage without technical help.

What I expect
• A responsive design that looks great on mobile and desktop
• Property pages with photo gallery, description, amenities, rates, availability calendar, and a “Book Now” call-to-action
• Secure reservation and payment workflow (Stripe or a similar gateway)
• Owner / admin dashboard to add, edit, and deactivate listings, upload photos, set seasonal pricing, and view bookings
• Basic SEO setup and fast page-load performance
• Clear hand-over: source files, login credentials, and short video or PDF guide so I can maintain the site myself
