"We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Project Supervisor to lead the development of a cutting-edge AI platform for creating and managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily development work and ensure all code meets the highest quality standards.

Review code daily to verify accuracy, quality, and originality (no copy-paste AI-generated code).

Manage and coordinate workflows between design and development teams.

Establish a clear, structured development flow for the entire platform.

Start each day by reviewing the project status and assigning tasks; end each day by confirming all work is completed.

Provide a clear daily progress report to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in AI/ML development projects from start to finish.

Strong technical background with AI model integration, optimization, and deployment.

Track record in managing large-scale software projects successfully.

Solid understanding of digital advertising campaign management, including targeting, budgeting, creative strategy, and optimization.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with ad platform APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) is an advantage.
