"Website Booking Integration & Design Improvement for Vacation Rental in Miyakojima

Project Overview
We operate a private villa-style vacation rental on Miyakojima, Okinawa. To increase direct bookings through our own website, we are planning to implement the Beds24 reservation system and introduce online payment via Stripe or Square. We are looking for a skilled freelancer to help us integrate these systems and improve our website’s user experience and design.

Scope of Work
1. Beds24 Integration

Embed the Beds24 booking form into our existing WordPress website

We already have a Beds24 account

Support with OTA setup (Airbnb / [login to view URL] channel management)

Optional: Suggest integration with Open Sesame (smart lock) if beneficial

2. Direct Booking & Payment Workflow Setup

Adjust/modify our WordPress website to enable smooth direct booking

Integrate payment systems such as Stripe or Square

Create a simple, mobile-friendly booking flow

Ensure users can easily complete bookings from smartphones

3. Website Design & UX Improvements

Improve visual design and layout to create an appealing, “I want to stay here” feeling

Adjust first-view visuals, CTA placement, and navigation
