"I want a clean, fast-loading website built with Next.js. Looking for developer with good front-end experience and some back-end experience. We have [login to view URL] web project that range from simple websites to full eCommerce or CMS/admin dashboard setups. We have a proprietary CMS/admin dashboard setup that you'll need to learn how we implement it.

I’ll provide detailed brand guidelines, color palettes, and type specs; every page should respect those rules while still taking advantage of React Server Components, dynamic routing, and incremental static regeneration where appropriate.

Key deliverables:
