Project Description

The goal is to create a webshop that acts as a middleman platform for fashion products from existing retail stores (Nike, Snipes, H&M, Zara, JD, Courir, Weekday, etc.). Customers can browse these stores through my site, select items, pay online, and have them delivered to their door within 1 hour.

Functional Requirements
1. Website Name: “Drip Today or Drip Fast”
2. Platform: Preferably built on my existing Shopify account.
3. Store Selection & Location:
• Customers can choose from connected stores (Nike, Snipes, H&M, Zara, JD, Courir, Weekday, etc.).
• The site will display store locations closest to the customer.
• Launch focus is Antwerp area only, including:
• Meir
• Den Tir Kiel
• Shopping Center Wijnegem
4. Product Selection:
• Each store page will have a Top 100 Bestsellers List with items currently in stock in the store.
• I need a simple admin system to easily add new stores and update their Top 100 lists myself.
• If a desired product is not on the Top 100 list, customers can place a request via a contact form or email.
5. Pricing Structure:
• Customer pays the product price (e.g., €25).
• Plus a fixed service fee of €15 for pick-up & delivery.
6. Order Process:
• Orders can be placed between 09:00 and 20:00.
• Customers choose the store, product, size, and quantity.
• Customers tick a box confirming: “I have checked that this product is available in-store” – saving us time.
• A clear order policy will be displayed: “Always check availability in the store before ordering, and reserve if possible.”
7. Delivery:
• Delivery within 1 hour after order placement (within Antwerp).
8. System Roles:
• Admin/Manager Account → Can manage stores, Top 100 lists, and approve/reject orders.
• Customer Service Account → Access to handle customer inquiries.
• Courier Account → Can instantly see order details including store, product, size, delivery address, and total cost.
9. Extra Features:
• Mobile-friendly & fast checkout.
• Location detection for nearest store.
• Contact option for custom orders.
• Order acceptance/rejection system before sending to couriers.
