"I’m building a modern, clean web presence for my hostel that does far more than show photos. The site must allow visitors to view bed availability in real-time, reserve their spot, and make secure online payments for both rent and the electricity (EB) bill.

Behind the scenes I need an intuitive admin panel where I can:
• Add or edit rooms, beds, rates, and discounts
• Track every transaction and export occupancy or payment reports in CSV or PDF

Responsive design is essential so guests can book comfortably from mobile or desktop. I’m open to your preferred stack—whether that’s WordPress with WooCommerce, Laravel, MERN, or another proven solution—as long as the end result is fast, SEO-friendly, and easy for me to maintain without coding.

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional booking and payment website styled to a modern, clean aesthetic
2. Admin dashboard with role-based access and one-click reporting
3. Documentation and a brief hand-off session so I can update content, prices, and reports myself
