"My Node.js website works well functionally, yet the product pages drag their feet and that is hurting conversions. I want the codebase rebuilt with one clear objective: cut loading times dramatically while leaving every feature and the existing UI intact.

You will begin by profiling the current application to isolate what is slowing those product pages. From there, refactor or replace any blocking middleware, trim bulky dependencies, and introduce smart techniques such as asset compression, code splitting, server-side caching, and efficient image handling—whatever delivers the fastest real-world gains without changing the look or flow of the site.

I will give full repository access, staging credentials, and performance benchmarks taken from Chrome DevTools so you have a baseline. Once complete, I expect:

• Product pages consistently loading in under two seconds on a standard 3G simulation.
• All optimised code pushed to our Git repo with clear comments.
• A concise report outlining the bottlenecks you found and exactly how they were fixed.
