"I need a web-based admin portal that lets me run and track SMS marketing campaigns aimed exclusively at the United States market. The build must rely on Twilio and other vendors for all message delivery and follow U.S. carrier and TCPA rules from day one.

Core features I have to see on the first release:
• User management so I can create, edit, suspend and report on internal users now, then open limited-access accounts for future vendor partners.
• Message scheduling that handles one-time blasts and recurring sends, with time-zone awareness for U.S. quiet hours.
• Analytics & reporting dashboards that surface delivery stats, opt-in/opt-out counts, click-through rates, and exportable CSVs.

A clean, responsive interface, secure login, and scalable database design are essential. If you have already delivered similar U.S. SMS solutions, especially those using Twilio and 10DLC registration, please mention the stack you used and any compliance measures you implemented.
