"I need an experienced ESP32 + BLE + LittleFS developer to build a clean and reliable BLE-based log retrieval system. The ESP32 must store logs in a file (LittleFS) and allow a mobile app (or NRF Connect) to retrieve the logs on demand using BLE.

I already have partial working code, but I need a fully stable, complete solution.

Requirements
1. ESP32 (Arduino Framework) Features
ESP32 stores logs into LittleFS in a text file ([login to view URL]) .... Already Completed

2. BLE Service Structure
Use custom 128-bit UUIDs:

Service UUID:
12345678-1234-5678-1234-56789abcdef0

Characteristic UUID:
12345678-1234-5678-1234-56789abcdef1

3. BLE Characteristic Requirements
Characteristic must support:
READ
WRITE
NOTIFY

4. BLE Commands
The ESP32 must respond to the following BLE writes:

GET or "1"

Read the entire log file from LittleFS
Send file contents in chunks via BLE notifications (max 20 bytes each)
After complete file transfer, send "EOF"" (client-provided description)
