Project description:
"I need a single, well-structured website that lets my real-estate company run day-to-day operations from one place while presenting a classic, elegant public face.
Design & UX
The overall look should feel timeless—clean serif typography, tasteful color accents and balanced white space rather than flashy animations. Every screen must stay consistent with that refined aesthetic and, of course, remain fully responsive.
Core feature set
The build revolves around a series of functional screens, each equipped with search and filtering by date, category/type and amount/value:
• Home overview – a snapshot of projects, investors, cash balance, liabilities and receivables.
• Projects – add new projects, list current ones, and flag which are offered for cash or installment sale.
• Investors – record investor profiles, investment value, profit share and all payments already made.
• Customer requests – log enquiries such as “need a 3-bed apartment” or “plot of land,” making it easy to match them with projects.
• Expenses – enter expense lines, attach receipts and print individual vouchers.
• Customers – store buyer data, add installments, print payment receipts and full customer statements.
• Finance dashboard – live cash balance plus a liabilities vs. receivables snapshot.
User roles
Only Admin and Investor logins are required for now; Admins have full CRUD access, Investors see their own portfolio, payments and statements.
Technical expectations
Fast search across all tables, server-side pagination, and clean code that is straightforward to expand (for example, adding a Customer role later). Receipt and statement outputs can be PDF or thermal-printer friendly—whichever you find more robust.
Deliverables
1. Source code and database schema
2. Deployed site on our hosting (or a hand-over guide)
3. Brief admin guide explaining how to add projects, investors and expenses
4. Two weeks of post-launch bug fixes
If the scope is clear and you can translate it into a polished, secure build, let’s talk timelines and milestones." (client-provided description)
