"I need a lightweight web application that lets me keep everyday operations in one place. The must-have features are a client directory where I can add, edit, or delete entries; an invoicing area for creating, updating, and removing simple invoices; and a sales reporting view that draws on those invoices so I can quickly gauge performance.

Please build everything with plain HTML, modern CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. The interface has to stay clean and intuitive while responding smoothly from large desktop screens down to mobile widths.
