"I’m ready to turn my “Hire Drive” concept into a fully-featured mobile experience on both iOS and Android. The app must let passengers book rides in real time or schedule them in advance, give drivers a dedicated interface to manage availability and accept jobs, and process in-app payments securely. A unified authentication flow is mandatory—drivers and passengers each need their own signup, login, and profile management without friction.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Cross-platform build (native, Flutter, or React Native—open to your recommendation)
• Passenger module: ride search, fare estimate, live tracking, in-app chat, and Stripe-style payment integration
• Driver module: shift toggle, trip queue, earnings dashboard, and payout requests
• Secure auth for both user groups (email/OTP or social logins)
• Real-time backend with push notifications and basic admin panel for trip, user, and payment oversight
• Source code, build files, and deployment guidance right through to the App Store and Google Play
