"I’m building a cross-platform video service that reproduces the smooth “go live, subscribe, watch” flow users know from Tango, but under my own brand. The scope covers a complete iOS and Android release, from UX all the way to App Store and Play Store submission.

Core experience
• Live streaming with low-latency playback
• A browsable library of on-demand videos
• Individual user profiles that hold viewing history and subscription status
• Recurring, in-app subscription payments handled through Apple and Google billing, including renewals, cancellations and grace periods

What I need delivered
1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps (native or cross-platform; your call as long as performance is solid).
2. Secure, store-compliant subscription flow tied to the live/VOD paywall.
3. Backend or reliable third-party services for ingest, transcoding and adaptive delivery (HLS, DASH, WebRTC—open to your recommendations).
4. Lightweight admin panel where I can upload VOD files, schedule live sessions and monitor subscriber metrics.
5. Source code, build instructions and a brief hand-over session so my team can keep things running.

Acceptance criteria: the apps must stream without buffering on typical 4G/Wi-Fi networks, manage subscriptions flawlessly and clear App Store / Play Store review.
