"I want to bring a fully featured, Uber-style service to the UK market and need a complete mobile solution that covers every step of the ride experience. At its heart the build must include three core capabilities: an intuitive ride-hailing flow, real-time driver-passenger matching, and seamless in-app payment processing.

The product has to run natively on both iOS and Android, and I’m happy to let you choose the most efficient tech stack—whether that’s Kotlin + Swift, a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native, or another approach you can justify. Because there’s no hard deadline, you’ll have the breathing room to architect the project properly, but I still expect frequent milestones and a transparent roadmap.

Minimum deliverables
• Passenger app (iOS & Android) with live map, fare estimate, booking, and payment
• Driver app (iOS & Android) with availability toggle, job alerts, navigation, and earnings dashboard
• Admin or web portal to monitor trips, users, payments, and basic analytics

Acceptance criteria will revolve around smooth real-time matching under UK network conditions, PCI-compliant payment flow, and successful submission to both App Store and Google Play.
