"I need a full-stack web application tailored to the civil-construction sector. The platform’s core purpose is twofold: first, it should work as a marketplace for building-material sales; second, it must house an up-to-date directory of registered civil engineers and architects that users can search and filter with ease.

Alongside those public-facing modules, I want solid site-management tools for my own projects. Specifically, the system has to include:

• Progress tracking that lets me log daily site updates and visualise milestones.
• Worker scheduling so crews, shifts, and tasks can be assigned, swapped, and viewed on a calendar.
• Inventory management able to record stock in/out and flag low-quantity items automatically.

A clean admin panel, responsive front end, database design, and deployment walk-through are part of the deliverable set. Feel free to suggest the stack you are most comfortable with—Laravel, Django, Node/React, or another modern framework—as long as the final build is robust, secure, and easy for me to maintain.
