"Scope:

Homepage “Inbox” template – left sidebar with folders, main pane showing a list of posts as email-style rows (From / Subject / Date). Clicking a row opens the post.

Single post “email” template – custom single-post layout with an email-style header (From / To / Subject / Date) and the post body styled like an email.

Invoice-style template – one additional template for a dark “notice / invoice” style page with heading, intro text, table of line items + amounts, and a call-to-action button. Content must be editable from WP admin.

Responsive – works cleanly on desktop, tablet and mobile.

I want this done as a proper theme/child theme (not just a page builder hack), so that when I publish a new post it automatically appears in the inbox list.
