"The app itself is already packaged with PyInstaller; the missing piece is a Windows-style installer that can deploy it without displaying a single console window. My halfway-there WiX script proves the concept but still pops up command prompts and only passes one option.

I need a refined .wxs (or equivalent WiX Toolset project) that builds a completely silent MSI. At install time I must be able to run, for example:

msiexec /i [login to view URL] --onboardingKey=abcd --groupId=123 --forceDeviceIdRefresh=true /qn

Key requirements: the installer recognises the --argument=value syntax, accepts these three parameters—onboardingKey, groupId, forceDeviceIdRefresh—and forwards them unchanged to the installed executable so the app can read them on first launch or during a repair. No extra UI, no flashing consoles.
