Description:
I am a radiologist and I use Augnito for English speech-to-text in my reports.
English is not a problem for me.

My problem is writing the **patient’s name in Arabic** in Microsoft Word.
I need this both:
1) In Word on my **local Windows PC**, and
2) In Word on a **remote hospital PC**, which I access via Chrome Remote Desktop (or similar) from my local PC.

I want a small tool that lets me dictate the Arabic name by voice (using my phone or my local PC microphone) and have it typed directly where the cursor is in Word.

My ideal workflow:

- I place the text cursor in the “Name” field in Word.
- This can be Word on my local PC, OR Word on the remote PC (inside a remote desktop window).
- On my PHONE (preferred) or via a small PC window, I press a button to start Arabic dictation.
- I speak the Arabic patient name.
- The tool converts my speech to Arabic text and **directly types** that text at the current cursor position (as if I typed it on the keyboard), without me having to copy/paste or press any “Send” button.

Important notes:

- Everything should work **locally** (no cloud storage of data).
- Arabic text must be handled correctly (no broken characters).
- It must work even when I am inside a remote desktop session:
- I will be connected from my local PC to a remote hospital PC.
- When your tool sends keystrokes, they should go into the remote Word window (through the remote desktop connection).
- It should also work when I am typing directly into Word on my local PC.
- I prefer a simple way to start dictation:
- either a **hotkey** (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+A) on my keyboard,
- and/or a very simple mobile interface with one big button for Arabic dictation.

You do NOT need to change or integrate into Augnito itself.
This is a separate helper tool only for Arabic names.
