"I need the WhatsApp Business / Cloud API wired into my system so every incoming message reaches a webhook I control, gets parsed, and is answered automatically. The flow is simple: a customer writes in, the webhook receives the text, and an auto-response is returned without human intervention. When the incoming text matches certain keywords it should also trigger a short promotional reply—this is how I plan to send my promotional messages.

I already have the WhatsApp number and Meta credentials; what I lack is the code that ties it all together, stores the conversation data, and lets me reuse the same API endpoint later for outbound campaigns. Stability, clear logging, and straightforward deployment are important to me.

Deliverables:
