"I have a live website on Wix and I need a fully-functioning contact form added to it. The form must collect four fields—name, email, phone number, and a free-text message—and then send the submitted details to my designated Wix inbox or a chosen email address. I’d like the form to match the current styling of the site, sit neatly on the contact page, and work flawlessly on desktop and mobile.

You may use a native Wix form, Velo custom code, or another reliable solution, as long as it delivers real-time notifications and stores the submissions so I can review them later. Please make sure that everything is cross-browser tested before hand-off. Once it’s live and I’ve confirmed successful submission and receipt of a test message, the job is done."
