"This project turns my existing WordPress installation on Hostinger into a futuristic, flashy esports destination where players can follow our story and secure seats for upcoming tournaments. Smooth, performance-friendly animations are a priority; every hover, scroll, and page transition should feel electric yet seamless on both desktop and mobile.

Site structure and content
• Home with hero video or looped gameplay reel
• About Us, Team and 2026 Roadmap pages that spotlight our mission, roster and long-term vision
• Ranking system page that pulls live or manually updated standings
• Upcoming Tournaments section with ticket-purchase flow

• Contact Us form routed to our admin email

Core functionality
• Secure ticket buying: product listings, cart, checkout, confirmation email and basic coupon option
• Dynamic rankings: sortable table or leaderboard, easy back-end updating
• Reusable page templates so I can launch new tournament pages quickly
• GDPR-friendly cookie notice and privacy links

Acceptance criteria
1. All pages load in <3 s on Hostinger’s basic shared plan.
2. Animations run at 60 fps on modern browsers without jitter.
3. Ticket checkout tested end-to-end with UPI , Fampay and succeeds three times in a row.
4. Rank table can be updated by a non-technical editor and reflects instantly on the front end.
5. Final build handed over with an annotated video or short PDF explaining theme customizer, plugins and update steps.
