"I need a clean, conversion-focused landing page for MOBIE that’s dedicated to collecting email sign-ups. The page should highlight a single, compelling offer—a free eBook/guide visitors receive immediately after subscribing.

Scope
• Design a modern, mobile-responsive layout that reflects the MOBIE brand.
• Write persuasive copy that clearly explains the eBook’s value and nudges visitors toward the opt-in form.
• Build a concise email sign-up form (first name + email) linked to my email-marketing platform; Mailchimp or similar is fine.
• Set up an automated confirmation email with the download link for the eBook/guide.
• Include basic analytics and event tracking so I can monitor opt-in rates.

I’m aiming for a fast-loading page, minimal distractions, and a clear call to action. If you can also recommend or supply suitable royalty-free hero imagery, that’s a plus.
