"I’m launching a new real-estate brand and need a creative partner who can handle both visual identity and the online experience in one smooth project.

First, I want a fresh, modern logo that will look just as sharp on a yard sign as it does on a mobile screen. Clean lines, contemporary typography, and a color palette that feels current yet trustworthy are all essential. I’m open to your professional guidance on fonts and colors, but the end result must read “modern real estate” at a glance.

Once the logo is nailed down, I need a responsive website built around the real-estate audience. The site’s core purpose is to showcase available properties and turn visitors into leads, so usability and speed are key. At minimum, the site must include:

• Property listings with images, price, and key details
• Robust search and filter functionality (location, price range, bedrooms, etc.)
• A simple contact form that routes inquiries directly to my email

I’m flexible on the tech stack—WordPress with a solid real-estate theme, Webflow, or a lightweight custom build are all on the table—as long as the finished product is easy for me to update without coding every time a new listing goes live.

Deliverables will be the final logo files (vector and web-ready) and a fully functional, mobile-friendly website deployed to my hosting.
