Desktop Web App for Hardware Store Business Management (Built in FlutterFlow)

Project Description:

We are an authorised hardware store Dealer in India for Jaguar, Somany, Ceramics and other brands and are looking for an experienced FlutterFlow developer to build a complete desktop web application for managing our business operations.

The system must be developed using FlutterFlow and deployed on a suitable hosting platform. We already have paid access to FlutterFlow and hosting, which will be provided to the selected developer.

Inventory & Godown Management

Stock management for two locations:

Godown No. 1

Godown No. 2

Real-time stock updates and item movement tracking between godowns

Sales & Purchase Management

Create and manage sales bills and purchase bills manually

Option to upload a photo of a bill and auto-fill entries using OCR

Ability to edit data after scan if required

Expense Management

Categorised expense tracking

Date-wise and vendor-wise records

Staff Management

Staff attendance system

Staff-wise activity tracking

Accounts & Reports

Complete accounts dashboard

Profit & loss reports

Additional Requirements:

Screen recording of the entire development process from start to end

A 15-minute live guidance session explaining how to manage basic changes and operations independently

Clean UI, simple navigation, and scalable structure

Secure login system with user roles & permissions
