"The goal is to launch a fast, mobile-first WordPress site that markets residential plots and doubles as a small blog for plot-related articles. A modern, clean look is essential, and every page must load quickly, scale perfectly on phones, and follow basic on-page SEO best practices.

Home page content
• Hero section with a rotating gallery of featured plots
• Short customer testimonial slider
• Latest three blog posts pulled automatically from the “Articles” category

Core functionality
• Dynamic search and filter so visitors can narrow plots by size, price, or location
• Interactive map that pins each plot and opens a quick-view card on click
• Simple contact form that sends inquiries to my email and stores them in WordPress for backup

Structure and workflow
I’ll provide hosting credentials and a fresh WordPress install. Feel free to suggest a lightweight theme such as GeneratePress, Astra, or a comparable alternative, plus any caching or image-optimisation plugins that keep performance scores high. Gutenberg blocks are fine; no heavy page builders unless they remain under 100 KB extra load.

Acceptance criteria
The site must pass the performance target, the map pins must open the quick-view card, and the filter must return correct listings without page reloads.
