"I need a lightweight desktop application built with Python that allows me to gather and store basic user information—think names, emails, and a handful of additional text fields. The full set of fields, screen mock-ups, and the desired user flow are ready and will be shared once we agree to move forward.

Here is what I’m after:

• A clean, intuitive interface (Tkinter, PyQt, or another GUI framework you are comfortable with).
• Smooth data entry with validation so typos and empty fields are caught early.
• Local persistence—SQLite is fine, but I’m open to alternatives if you can justify a clear benefit.
• Export options to CSV or Excel so I can pull the records into other tools later.
• Well-commented source code and a short setup guide so I can rebuild or extend the app myself down the line.
