"I want to wrap my existing website into a clean, lightweight Android WebView app that I can submit straight to the Play Store. The site itself is already responsive, so your main task is to convert it into an APK/AAB while keeping every current feature fully functional.

Beyond a plain WebView, I need three extras built in:
• Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging is fine).
• Basic offline support so key pages and assets cache when the user has no data connection.
• Access to device features—camera, GPS, and any other permissions the site already requests—through the usual JavaScript interface or another reliable method.

Once complete, deliver the signed release build and the full Android Studio project so I can generate future updates myself. If you can accomplish all of this within the quoted ₹600, let’s get started right away." (client-provided description)
