"I need a straightforward yet reliable mobile app that lets every member of my family see where the others are in real time. The core build has to run natively on both iOS and Android, sharing a single code-base whenever possible (React Native, Flutter, or a similar framework is fine as long as it meets App Store and Google Play guidelines).

Key features I must have
• Real-time location updates shown on a map with minimal battery drain
• Customisable geofencing alerts (enter/exit) that trigger push notifications
• 30-day location history per user, viewable on demand
• Secure sign-in with email or phone OTP, plus end-to-end encryption for all location data
• Simple in-app toggle to pause sharing

Deliverables

2. Two ready-to-publish builds (iOS .ipa + Android .aab)
