"OTELOGIA Hotel Management System (OHMS) Summary
OHMS is a custom Property Management System for serviced apartments, focusing on security, automation, and multi-building control.

Key Features:

User Management: Secure login with granular permissions (Admin, Reservations, Cleaning Staff).

Configuration: Manual multi-building/unit setup with detailed fields and branding options.

Reservations: Displays occupancy. Supports manual bookings and iCal sync from platforms (e.g., Airbnb). Imported bookings require staff review (Accept/Reject/Modify Unit, Price, Guest Name) before finalization.

Remote Identity Verification (Core Feature):

Managers generate a secure, unique link per booking.

Guests upload a Live Photo (Liveness Check) and an ID Document

Managers use a Review Queue to compare side-by-side.

Approval verifies status; Rejection requires entering mandatory reasons, which are shown to the guest for re-submission.

Housekeeping: Cleaning task created automatically upon scheduled check-out. Mandatory Quality Control: Status cannot change to "Clean" without uploading at least one photo per major room (e.g., Kitchen, Bedroom).

Accounting: Uses Primary (Building) and Secondary (Unit) Cost Centers. All expenses must be linked to a Secondary Cost Center. Includes Cost Center profitability reports and other accounting moudel
