"I’m building a new SkillDux tool that lets researchers paste in a manuscript title, abstract or keywords and instantly see which Scopus- and SCI-indexed journals are the best fit. Indexing accuracy is the headline requirement; subject relevance and publication scope can appear in the results, yet the engine must never recommend outlets that fall outside those two databases.

The core workflow I have in mind is simple for the user but technically demanding: fetch the latest Scopus and Web of Science (SCI) data, run an NLP-driven similarity match, rank the journals, and display key metrics such as impact factor, open-access status and average decision time. A lightweight web interface or API endpoint is fine as long as the response is fast and the data stays current.

To keep expectations crystal-clear, here’s what I need to receive:

• A working prototype that queries both databases, runs a relevance algorithm and returns a ranked list.
• Source code with clear documentation, including instructions on how to refresh or crawl indexing data.
• A brief maintenance script or guideline so that non-technical staff can trigger updates.
• Demo credentials or hosting for initial validation.
